Medication:
It is important to bring any medication that your pet
is currently taking so that we may continue the appropriate
dosage.
Please Note: Over the 4th of
July, you must supply tranqualizers from your vet. These
will only be used if
absolutely necessary.

Toys,
treats and special diet items may be brought |

|
Leashes
and carriers:
For your pets safety we ask that he be brought in with
his own leash and collar. These will be retained by the
kennel and returned upon departure. All collars will be
removed during stay for the animal's comfort and safety.

All
cats must be in their own carrier upon arrival. |
|
|
Shots
Records:
All pet's must be accompanied by proof of current veterinarian
administered vaccination. |
